June 3rd and 4th 2017

The format of Greys & Grapes will change this year. It will be more of meet & greet atmosphere, where hounds and their people can just hang out at 868 Estate Vineyards (our host winery for the past two years) enjoy the wine and the view.  http://868estatevineyards.com

868 will open at 11:00 am, there will be vendors, live music, a special menu for us and a wonderful picnic area to hang out and sip wine.  For the hounds there will be wading pools and water bowls.  At 5:30 868 will light up the fire pits, have more music, and the grill will available for dinner.  There will also be a couple of nice baskets that will be raffled off, you won’t want to miss buying your tickets for a change to win them.

There will be no registration fee, which will allow you to purchase that extra bottle of wine. We (VAGA board members) are planning on being there with our hounds and spreading out a blanket, while we spend time with the friends we’ve met over the past two years and RELAX!! The idea is not to downscale Greys & Grapes, but to make it a more relaxing and enjoyable time for all. We encourage you to come out and spend a relaxing weekend with us. If you have questions you can contact the VAGA staff at staff@virginiagreyhounds.org.

On Sunday morning we will have our annual walk at 9:00am starting at Raflo Park (345 Harrison Street SE, Leesburg, VA) through historic downtown Leesburg.

The vendors at this years event are:

Damsel in Defense
Nerium International
Keep Collective
Fast Dogs Leather
Blue Ridge Vet Assoc
Fitz’s Signs and Stuff
DoTerra Oils

Looking forward to catching up with everyone! Please come support VAGA and 868!!

A huge thanks to Nancy at 868 for helping us do this!
