How did you hear about our organization?

Have you spoken to or contacted any other greyhound adoption agencies regarding greyhound adoption?  If so, please tell us when and which group(s) you talked with:

Age: Color: Sex:

What research have you done on retired racing Greyhounds?

Special needs greyhounds have their own unique characteristics that make finding a home for them more difficult than the other greyhounds awaiting adoption. Some of them might be extremely shy or timid, some may be permanently affected by injury, others may need special medications or veterinary care, while others are just older than most people are willing to adopt. In any event, these special greyhounds make wonderful companions and are looking for their forever homes with families who will accept them as they are or help them overcome any disabilities they may have, if possible.
Would you have any interest in adopting a greyhound with any of the following special needs? (Please select all that apply)

Senior
Injury/Broken Bone
Special Medical Care Required
Extremely Shy
